Build fuller, more resilient lips by training gentle control and stability around the mouth. With your tongue extended just past your lips and your lips closed softly around it, you create an even engagement from the corners, working the orbicularis oris that circles your lips. Over time this helps your lips stay fuller and more resilient. The key is gentle corners, no scrunching. You'll feel a soft engagement around the lips while your jaw, cheeks, and forehead stay relaxed.
