Terms of Service.
The agreement that governs your use of MYFC. Last updated May 24, 2026.
Acceptance
By accessing or using MYFC — including the website at myfc.app, the MYFC mobile applications for iOS and Android, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who We Are
MYFC is operated by MYFC, LLC (“MYFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company in the United States. The Service provides guided facial movement practices, programs, live sessions, and related wellness content.
Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at hello@myfc.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service
MYFC provides facial movement practices and related features for general wellness and fitness purposes. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis, but we may add, modify, or remove features from time to time. The Service is not medical care — see the Health & Wellness Disclaimer below.
Memberships, Billing & Renewals
Plans
MYFC offers paid memberships billed monthly or annually. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and on the membership page.
Free trial
Annual memberships include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the end of the trial, your annual membership begins automatically at the rate displayed at sign-up. You can cancel from inside the app or at myfc.app/account/billing.
Auto-renewal
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from inside the app or your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until that date.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not refund partial billing periods.
Price changes
We may change membership prices with reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days for material changes). Changes take effect at your next renewal. If you don't agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Mobile billing (App Store and Google Play)
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refund requests for mobile subscriptions must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
Founding Member program & +1 Pass
The Founding Member program is a limited-availability annual membership for the first 100 annual subscribers. Founding Members receive a single-use +1 Pass that grants a free annual MYFC membership to one recipient of their choosing.
The +1 recipient's complimentary access remains active for as long as the Founding Member remains an active paid annual subscriber. If the Founding Member cancels, the +1 enters a 30-day grace period during which they may convert to a standard paid annual membership at the then-current rate; after the grace period, +1 access is paused. Founding Member identity is permanent regardless of plan changes, but the +1 Pass, once redeemed, cannot be re-issued.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service — including video, audio, images, text, exercise sequences, the MYFC name and logo, and the MYFC Method — is owned by MYFC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License to you
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and (where applicable) an active membership, MYFC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Service content without our prior written permission.
Your feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any business purpose without obligation to you.
Acceptable Use
- Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Don't share your account credentials, sublicense access, or transfer your account.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
- Don't use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service beyond ordinary personal use.
- Don't interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or its security.
- Don't upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Don't use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Apple, Google, and Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. MYFC is not responsible for third-party services.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer
MYFC provides guided facial movement and wellness content for general informational and fitness purposes only. The Service is not medical care. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition, skin condition, recent procedure, or before starting any new exercise practice.
Do not use the Service to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction, stop the practice and consult a healthcare professional. Individual results vary, and MYFC makes no claims or guarantees about specific outcomes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. MYFC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYFC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including damages for lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to the service or these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid MYFC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MYFC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from inside the app or by contacting us at hello@myfc.app. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous — will survive.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@myfc.app and try to resolve the dispute informally. We'll work with you in good faith for at least 30 days.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD — counsel to confirm], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Venue
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in [TBD — county/state, counsel to confirm], United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement — These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MYFC regarding the Service.
- Severability — If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure — We're not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices — We may provide notices to you via email, in-app notification, or by posting on the Service. You may provide notice to us at hello@myfc.app.
