When is the best time to do a Daily Lift?

Anytime works, but morning is ideal — and ultimately the best time is whenever you can stay consistent.

You can practice The Daily Lift anytime throughout the day, but we recommend the morning whenever possible.

Morning practice helps awaken the face after sleep through movement, circulation, and lymphatic stimulation — making it a powerful way to support your skin, facial muscles, and overall sense of energy before the day begins.

That said, the single best time to practice is the time you can stay consistent with. A session done in the evening that you actually keep up beats a morning session you keep skipping. Attach it to something you already do daily — after cleansing, before bed, with your skincare — so it sticks.
